[adegenet-forum] R commanding for Cluster finding and DAPC from FASTA mtDNA data file

Hi members,
I have FASTA file of mtDNA sequence data for 60 chicken populations
from different continents. I want to find the cluster and plot the
Discriminant Analysis of principal Components of these chicken
populations using R. I am requesting the assistance of comand lines
that I should use for these kind of analyses.
