[adegenet-forum] adegenet 1.3-0 released

Dear all,

after fairly extensive vignette-writing period and a few pains to make the package compatible with different systems, I'm happy to announce that adegenet 1.3-0 has been release on CRAN.

Ther is quite a lot of new things available, especially new tools to handle and analyse genome-wide SNP data (including the most efficient representation of SNP data to date). The package also now includes vignettes on:
-basics
-DAPC
-sPCA
-genomics

Information and details are available from the usual places (website also fairly updated - news, download, documents, screenshots, main page):

Sources for linux and binaries for window$ are already available; binaries for Mac are on their way.
