after fairly extensive vignette-writing period and a few pains to make the package compatible with different systems, I'm happy to announce that adegenet 1.3-0 has been release on CRAN.<br>

Ther is quite a lot of new things available, especially new tools to handle and analyse genome-wide SNP data (including the most efficient representation of SNP data to date). The package also now includes vignettes on:<br>

-basics<br>

-DAPC<br>

-sPCA<br>

-genomics<br>
