[adegenet-forum] problems loading new version of adegenet

I was working with adegenet 1.2.8 today when I the function transp() could
not be found.  I thought it might have to do with the version of adegenet
and the version of R, so I updated to R 2.13.0 and adegenet 1.3.0.  Now it
seems that adegenet will not load and I am unable to run any scripts.  I can
install it, but if I go to package manager and try to load it (or from the
console) the following message is displayed:

In addition: Warning message:
In objects(newtable, all.names = TRUE) :
