[adegenet-forum] How to include population lables and coordinate into a genotype table?

Hi,
 
I had a genotype table containing 131 individuals and 172 AFLP loci.  How
should I include population lables and x-y coordinates for each individual
in this table to make the genind object properly shows pop & coordinate
information?
