Please always keep CRAN at ... CCed.

The subject line: It is tikzDevice rather than Tikzdevice.

We may be able to extend the deadline, if you tell us a date that is not 
too far beyond July 9.

Well, even all former releases are affected, we just haven't found the 
bug with former checks. Hence the update is important.
