The answer to your question:
RSiena can handle networks with a small number of ordinal values. This is done by defining the cumulative networks (defined by "values at least r") as multiplex networks. A script for how to do this is given at the Siena scripts page,

This is a feature which has not yet been used a lot and there is no further documentation.

I just have a very simple question, could someone tell me if RSiena can only analysis binary networks or can it also handle weighted networks.
