[Roxygen-devel] S4 support

Hi all,

I've made the first steps towards proper S4 in a new S4 branch:
https://github.com/klutometis/roxygen/tree/s4

Please try it out and let me know what works and doesn't work.  At a
minimum, it should be generating correct aliases and usage statements.
