hi,

first of all, thanks for your work on roxygen :-) i've been using it in some
projects, and i'm quite happy with it.

my latest R package, though, suffers from some severe problems regarding the
roxygenizing process. that is, it takes about 15 minutes to complete (on
recent multicore CPU driven machines with some gigs of RAM, 32bit and 64bit
GNU/linux systems, R 2.11 to 2.13). since i have no good idea where to start
with looking into this issue, maybe you could point something out?

you can find the most recent version of the package at the bottom of this
page:
 o http://reaktanz.de/?c=hacking&s=koRpus
   (sorry, it's all german)
here's a direct link to the recent package:
 o http://r.reaktanz.de/koRpus/src/contrib/koRpus_0.01-3.tar.gz

if you try to roxygenize these sources, do you run into the same problems? is
that to be expected because of the number of source files?

viele grüße :: m.eik
