[Roxygen-devel] OT: doxygen for compiled code

Dear roxygen users,

I'm sure you all use roxygen to document your R code.  Sorry if this
is off topic but I'd like to hear what roxygen users are doing for
compiled code.  In the ./src folder, do you in-line document your code
and use doxygen?  I'm interested in how you incorporate this into your
R packaging workflow.  What output do you generate and where do you
store the output?  ./inst/src?
