[Rnomads-user] rNOMADS grib broken, grads-dods fixed

Hello,

As you may have noticed, the NOMADS website had some changes and that
broke rNOMADS.  I've gotten the dods utility back up and running, but
grib may take a little while longer. The website structure is actually
better, I just have to rewrite some code.

If you need the DODS capability, please email me at
danny.c.bowman at gmail.com and I'll send you a beta version.  I'm going
to work on grib tonight and will send a message when I've got that
fixed as well.
