[Reddyproc-users] NEE_fsd

Dear Efren Lopez Blanco,

REddyProc uses the gap-Filling to estimate an observation uncertainty
also for the measured NEE, by temporarily introducing artificial gaps.

The basic rational is to view records at close temporal proximity and
similar other environmental conditions as repeated measurements.
