[Rcpp-devel] [ANN] RcppArmadillo 0.2.16

Conrad released Armadillo 1.1.8 earlier this week with a few nice new
features. The corresponding new RcppArmadillo version is now on CRAN and
already built for Windows too.  The NEWS entry is below.

         * Added floor() and ceil()
         * Added “not a number”: math::nan()
         * Added infinity: math::inf()
         * Added standalone is_finite()
         * Faster min(), max(), mean()
         * Bugfix for a corner case with NaNs in min() and max()
