[inlinedocs] individual sections within the documentation?

Sorry for the delayed response. I don't think this is currently
possible with inlinedocs.

However, if you want to add this feature to inlinedocs, I could
certainly add you to the R-Forge project.

Otherwise, if you really need to define individual sections in Rd, I
think you should check out roxygen or just use plain Rd.
