[FLR-list] Courses & Tutorials

I have many documents from the last FLR course given in Japan. These were
written in ODFWeave, but I now agree that latex is preferable and so will
change the fornat.

I do have reservations about Sweave, but going from latex to Sweave and vice
versa is easy enough.

Docs that I will base my courses on are

1) Working with data
2) Plotting with ggplot2
3) Stock assessment with biomass based models
4) Aged stock assessment models
4) Reference points
5) Modelling uncertainty

I also have docs on HCRs & MSE & lifehistory which we need for the
ICCAT-UCES course
