I have many documents from the last FLR course given in Japan. These were written in ODFWeave, but I now agree that latex is preferable and so will change the fornat.<br><br>I do have reservations about Sweave, but going from latex to Sweave and vice versa is easy enough.<br>
<br>Docs that I will base my courses on are<br><br>1) Working with data<br>2) Plotting with ggplot2<br>3) Stock assessment with biomass based models<br>4) Aged stock assessment models <br>4) Reference points<br>5) Modelling uncertainty<br>
