Hello,

I have a question regarding genlight objects.

How can I perform a between group PCA analysis with genlight object?

I wanted to use dudi.pca and bca functions but they give me errors about
the missing values. I tried to replace the missing values with 0 but this
is not correct. Moreover, I receive an error regarding repeated row.names.

Thank you very much in advance for your help,
Regards,
Sara
