[Travelr-announce] TravelR Version 0.1-4

[Announcements related to the TravelR project]

A new pre-alpha version with extensive updates to the documentation is 
now available to registered developers.

Once the final documentation file is complete (the most important one 
alas, dealing with highway assignment and its various methods), the 
first pre-alpha version will go public and I'll open the SCM repository 
to anonymous browsing, as well as to the R-Forge build process, which 
should start to make binary packages routinely available.

After that, it's back into the vignettes in earnest: one dealing with a 
full, real-world model in R, and the other going through the steps of 
adding a new assignment algorithm.  Probably I'll find additional issues 
in the code as I do that, so there will be code updates as well.
