[Traminer-users] remove Legend when plotting output from the seqecmpgroup

Hi Ken,

The plot function (plot.subseqelistchisq) has been updated in TraMineR development version 2.3-3 available on R-Forge https://r-forge.r-project.org/R/?group_id=743 . This development version will be released as v 2.2-3 on the CRAN in the next weeks.

The plot function gains an argument with.legend that is set as TRUE by default.

Looks like its hard wired into the plot function, but I’d like to be able to disable the Legend

discrimcohort <- seqecmpgroup(fsubseq, group = cohort, method = "bonferroni")
plot(discrimcohort)
