# [Traminer-users] Count instead of frequency matrix

```Dear TramineR users,
I am new at the list and currently I am trying to obtain a count matrix
from several observations.
I could do it for a frequency matrix using the seqtrate function. I wanted
to know if there exists a similar command which makes the same but computes
Finally I wanted to know if the package counts with some function to
compare two transitions matrices by using a Chi-square test.
Thanks!
The code goes below!
