Thanks a lot!
Trying to run your script on my example (A-B-A-C-B-A-C-A-B-A), I
observed the entry below (for the subsequence B-A).
Subsequence Support Count ntrans nevent
(B)-(A) 1 1 2 2
How can I interpret this line, since in my sequence, I have 3 occ of B-A?
By the way, any advice about considering the duration in the state (or
of the event)?
