[tlocoh-info] citation TLoCoH package

Dear Andy,

Just a quick question regarding how to cite the T-Locoh R package:
I always cite R packages according to > citation ("package name")
Now, the production office asked me to provide a "place published" for 
T-LoCoH. Do you state this when citing an R package/computer program? 
What do you suggest?
