[tlocoh-info] problem_solved_nnsv_definition

Actually the hull metric nnsv is the number of separate visits to a hull 
(where a separate visit is defined by the minimum inter-visit gap period 
parameter) divided by the _hull area_. Any hull metric that says 
'normalized' means normalized by area. I'll add that to the hull metric 
description in the next update so it's more explicit. Andy
