[Tikzdevice-bugs] Tikzdevice not finishing file

Sorry if this topic has been treated already, but the link on R-Forge to the search page is not working (Search tikzdevice-bugs).

I have a script where lots of plots are converted by TikzDevice in LaTeX using loops.
Sometimes everything works fine, sometimes one of the output LaTeX files is not complete and the LaTeX code just stops somewhere.

I don't know if this is a bug.
I use Emacs, ESS 12.03 on a Windows 7 machine with MikTeX.
