[Tikzdevice-bugs] NA borders bug?

Interesting, this seems to depend on the pdf viewer being used. I can see
the line using Acrobat reader on Mac OS X 10.6 but not with Preview on the
same system.
I am not sure if this constitutes a bug, but is certainly worth further
consideration. Feel free to file a bug report on the R-Forge project page.
