[Sprint-developer] install.packages() problems.

 From support ticket #2762

A new version of R (3.0.0) has been released since SPRINT 1.0.4 was 
released, and now the default versions of some of the packages that 
SPRINT depends on expect R 3.0.0. SPRINT 1.0.4 only works on R versions 
2.9-2.15. This is the error message you might see.

Warning message:
package 'boot' is not available (for R version 2.15.3)
