-Changes in Version 1.3-11
- o Fixed bsktest when test is “CLMmu”. November 25, 2015 See email from Luc Anselin
-
-Changes in Version 1.3-10
- o Fixed a couple of degenerating matrices when K=1 in likelihoodsFE.R by adding ',drop=FALSE' to subsetting '['
-
-Changes in Version 1.3-8
- o Completed implementation of 'plm' infrastructure in spreml; now works with data.frames plus (possibly implicit) indices or pdata.frames indifferently.
-
-Changes in Version 1.3-7
- o Added slag() method for spatially lagging a vector or a pseries
-
-Changes in Version 1.3-6
- o Implemented plm data infrastructure in spreml; now accepts any panel function in formula, e.g. diff() or Within()
-
-Changes in Version 1.3-5
- o Fixed usage of w viz. w2 in spreml estimators
-
-Changes in Version 1.3-3
- o Implemented new personal information with Authors at R, according to Hornik et al., R Journal 2012(1). Scaled dependence back on R 2.12.0 (because of Authors at R infrastructure) from R 3.0.1. Eliminated calls to nonexported objects from 'spdep' by: 1) eliminating "dead" if condition in spfeml() (spdep:::.spdepOptions); 2) adding local (nonexported) version of the two nonexported functions spdep:::can.be.simmed and spdep:::jacobianSetup (in script nonexportedSpdepFuns.R). Removed write.effects().
-
-Changes in Version 1.3-2
- o Reduced dependencies through selective imports, cleaned up the code from 'require' calls. Now depends only on 'spdep', imports (or importsFrom) plm, maxLik, MASS, bdsmatrix, ibdreg, nlme, Matrix, spam.
-
-Changes in Version 1.3-0
- o All changes documented in: Piras, G. “Impact estimates for static panel data models in R”. url: http://rri.wvu.edu/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Piras_ImpactEstimatesForStaticSpatial2013-05.pdf fixed thanks to the email from Viton
-
-Changes in Version 1.2-0
- o All changes documented in: Piras, G. “Impact estimates for static panel data models in R”. url: http://rri.wvu.edu/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Piras_ImpactEstimatesForStaticSpatial2013-05.pdf

- o Rewrote a new framework to deal with GM estimation using exclusively sparse Matrices. This new framework has multiple improvements in terms both of timing and improvements with respect to the previous version. Most of the changes are reported in a file SPGM - structure.doc available from G. Piras. I am also planning to write a paper showing most of the new functionality. Basically, most of the options available from sphet have been included also in spgm.
-
-
-Changes in Version 1.1-0
- o revised all random effects estimators as per paper submitted to CSDA. Sparse matrix methods, flexible optimizers, SAREM2SRRE and SEM2SRRE models have been added. Datasets and weights for Rice Farming and Italian Insurance examples have been added.
-
-Changes in Version 1.0-5
- o fixed some bugs in spfeml and update the relative function to changes in spdep (a few differences arises with the paper on JSS such as: the residuals of the sarar model and the s.e. of the spatial coefficients)
-
-
-Changes in Version 1.0-03
- o spreml is now visible at user level (for estimating extended specifications with AR errors)
-Changes in Version 1.0-02
- o fixed error in bsjktest(..., type="C.2") (calling "rho" parm by wrong name)
-Changes in Version 1.0-01
- o spreml-type models now output object$sigma2, i.e. sigma2e
- o spreml calcumates sigma2mu on the basis of phi, if any, and sigma2.1 as sigma2e+sigma2mu
-
-Changes in Version 1.0-00
- o fixed prblem with spgm due to residuals of plm models now being pseries
- o added /inst/CITATION, added reference to JSS paper in docs
-
-Changes in Version 0.9-05
- o the call reported by spml is now, correctly, the user-level one instead of spreml' or spfeml's one
- o example(spml) now produces a fixed effects and a random effects example
- o the 'usaww' contiguity matrix for USA continental states has been fixed (Florida's neighbours were wrong) and documentation in usaww.Rd has been improved
- o fixed the problem in fixed effects sarar model ML
-Changes in Version 0.9-04
- o added visible vcov.splm method for interoperability with lmtest, car
-
-Changes in Version 0.9-03
- o reinroduced bsjktest, excluding C.3; syntax harmonized with bsktest
- o removed spreml, spfeml from namespace and documentation
- o fixed documentation
- o fixed parameter names in (hidden) spreml estimators: sr, semsr, srre and semsrre +/- sar (now phi=RE variance ratio, psi=AR, rho=SEM, lambda=SAR)
- o fixed parameter names in functions calling spreml (pbsjkSDtest)
-
-
-Changes in Version 0.9-02
- o standardized versions of marginal bsktest reintroduced
- o all examples now on full 'Produc' dataset
-
-Changes in Version 0.9-01
- o spml as common wrapper for all ML based estimators
- o fixed syntax in spgm and sphtest for consistency with spml (essentially: 'model=c("within", "random", "pooling")' argument as in 'plm')
- o reordered arguments in estimators according to specification logic: formula, data, model type, effects, spatial error and lag
- o changed names for error and lag components in 'spreml' according to 'spgm' nomenclature: spatial lag is lambda, error is rho. RE variance ratio stays phi.
-
-Changes in Version 0.8-03
- o fixed the joint bsktest, pvalue comes now from pchibar{ibdreg}; added dependency on 'ibdreg' but nothing in NAMESPACE because 'ibdreg' doesn't have one
-
-Changes in Version 0.8-02
- o fixed the bsktest, now only formula methods and correct pvals
-
-Changes in Version 0.8-01
- o added the spatial hausman test
- o deleted bsjk test and corrected the bsk tests
- o added spgm: general function that deals with all the GM estimators
- o added the methodologies in Mutl and Pfaffermeyer (2011) and Piras (2011)
- for the estimation of the GM models sperrorgm and spsarargm
- o includes the following estimators: ivplm.w2sls, ivplm.b2sls, ivplm.ec2sls, ivplm.g2sls
- along with ivsplm that is the wrapper to use them.
-
-Changes in Version 0.2-04
- o dependency changed from kinship to bdsmatrix; removed require(kinship) from all functions
-
-Changes in Version 0.2-02
- o spfeml: Added methods for Jacobian
-
-
-Changes in Version 0.2-01
-
-
- o spregm: modified to allow for additional endogenous variables and lag of the dependent variable
- o Added spfegm
- o Added spseml
- o spsegm: improved substantially and now reads a list of formulas.
