[Seqinr-forum] Modification of the extract.breakpoints function

Dear seqinr users,


a new release of seqinr  (3-6.2) is available at the R forge.

As suggested by Sofia Rigou the 'extract.breakpoints' function as been modified in order to be compatible with the new version of "segmented" package.
