[Seqinr-forum] online booklet with some Seqinr examples

Dear all,

I'm writing a free online booklet on using R for bioinformatics
(basically consisting of practicals that I wrote to teach my students).
I've just written the first couple of chapters and have included some
examples using SeqinR:

In this, I compare using SeqinR to do some searches of the NCBI
database, compared to going directly to the NCBI website.
I thought I would send it to this list, in case any of you have time to
have a quick look and give feedback (which I would appreciate very
much), in particular if I have misunderstood anything about SeqinR..
