[Seqinr-forum] write.fasta() - further info

It seems that write.fasta() may use the \r character without a \n to 
wrap - so it doesn't appears not to wrap under windows (?? not sure what 
the windows problem actually is).

Still can't seem to make it wrap at anything other than 60 under linux 
though
