[Seqinr-forum] Server problems?

the access to databases  works fine now,

 > library("seqinr")
 > choosebank("genbank")
 > query("toto","sp=felis")
 > seq1<-sapply(toto$req[1:1],getSequence, as.string = TRUE)
 > seq1
[1] "gctgcccgcgcggtaactcctgccctgaggctcg"
 >


maybe the server  was very busy when you encouter problems in 
downloading sequences.

Can you try again and let me know the script  you are using   if  there 
is still a  problem.
