seqinr 2.0-5 is on its way to CRAN. This is a minor release, no
hurry to update.

  o  New utility function circle() to draw a circle.

  o  Two more examples of files to be imported with the readBins()
     and readPanels() functions are now available in the abif
     folder: NGM_Bins.txt and NGM_Pa.txt, respectively.

  o  New function plotPanels() to plot amplicon size ranges of STR
     kits data.

  o  New utility function col2alpha() to add a transparency
     chanel to a standard R color.

  o  New ABIF example file samplefsa2ps.fsa used in the
     read.abif() function to reproduce figure 1A from [1].

  o  New function move() aliased as mv() to rename
     an object without deep copy.

  o  New function swap() to exchange two objects.
