[Seqinr-forum] release 1.1-7

Dear seqinr,

we are planning to release seqinR 1.1-7 this week on CRAN.

Next release version will be seqinr 2.0.0 to denote the fact
that the package will be hosted in R-forge svn repository and
no more in our old local CVS repository.
