[Sciviews-news] tcltk2

The tcltk2 package is distributed on CRAN since a long time. A new 
version (1.0-9) is now added to R-Forge. Major changes target the 
elimination of all executables/dlls from the package. Remaining C code 
is compiled. The package is also reworked to better play with Tcl/Tk 8.5.
