[Rspatial-devel] Need to release sp

Hi,

I located and resolved the rgeos gUnionCascaded() buffer overflow to C 
code exported by sp. The fix is to measure the length of the buffer and 
allocate with R_alloc() instead of just BUFSIZ. I need to release sp so 
that the fix can be applied in rgeos.
