[Rsiena-help] Exclude effects

Sorry for the many e-mail. After installing the 1.2-4 version as Manuel
suggested, I am incurring in this error

Error in fetch(key) :
  lazy-load database
'/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/3.4/Resources/library/RSiena/help/RSiena.rdb'
is corrupt
>

Is this a problem? It seems that the command is still able to estimate the
model, but every few minute R prompts me that this error occurred. Is there
any way to fix it?
