[Rsiena-help] error installing from matrix package

Dear Christoph,

Thank you very much for replying.

I have checked my system. The "build-essential" package had been 
installed. So far, I have not meet this problem when compiling other 
packages. Any other possibilities? In fact, only social network analysis 
related packages got this error, RSiena, statnet, when installing, both 
showed this error.
