[Rsiena-help] Compile error with rev.83

Dear Guido,
Many thanks for this reassurance. I noticed the tarball had finally
appeared on R-forge - I committed the change a week ago. (But still no
Windows binaries this morning, for those of you wanting them: continue
using the one on the Siena web site for a little longer).
