Michele,

That pull request was excellent.  Compiles without a single warning on Linux,
and only fails on Windows because of Actual365NoLeap which is new(ly renamed)
in QL 1.4 -- so I put an email into Uwe to double check if winbuilder still
uses an older QuantLib.  The symbol is in the headers of the complementary
zipfile at http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/Rtools/goodies/multilib/

I'll keep you posted, but thanks again for a very fine contribution. [1]
