[Rprotobuf-yada] R CMD check made happy

Hi,

R CMD check is now happy about the RProtoBuf package. This includes Rd 
files for all classes and functions. I'm using the tutorial.Person 
message type all the way. You should not find much new interesting 
things on top of what I already sent by emails.

skinny todo list:
- set the value of a field
- use custom exceptions instead of simple Rf_error calls
- read messages from connections (at least from files)
- serialize messages to connections
