[Rnomads-user] OpenDAP (DODS) not functioning

Hi everyone,

DODS is failing due to a change on the NCEP server. I have identified a fix
and will be implementing it over the weekend.  I will push a new version to
CRAN and can distribute the code also to folks immediately after completion
if they need it.  Please let me know.
