[Rnomads-user] NOMADS site is unstable

Hi all,

It seems like the NOAA NOMADS site has been unstable over the last few
days.  I sent them a message explaining that we’ve been having issues with
it.  I’ll send a message if I get a response back; in the meantime I do
hope they are working it out.
