[Rnomads-user] Archive GRIB data appears to be down

All,

It appears NOAA has changed their website, and archived grib data are not
presently available through rNOMADS.  I will be looking into it and hope to
release a new version soon. The data are still online, just in a different
place.  I believe the fix will be straightforward.
