I received this error message this morning on two different PCs running R version 3.6.1. The NOAA NOMADS site appears to be working. Was there a change to the package? Please let me know.

Error in basename(gds.alt) : a character vector argument expected

Thanks,
Bill

Subject: [Rnomads-user] Archive GRIB data appears to be down

All,

It appears NOAA has changed their website, and archived grib data are not presently available through rNOMADS. I will be looking into it and hope to release a new version soon. The data are still online, just in a different place. I believe the fix will be straightforward.
