[Rnomads-user] unable to use GetDODSDates

Hi Pradeep,

First, I apologize for taking so long to get back to you.  DODS uses
port 9090.  This port is often blocked, particularly if you're trying
to access DODS from a corporate network.

Please check if you have access to port 9090, and do let me know if
that fixes the problem.
