Hi Shiyang,

Thank you for letting me know about this issue.  You've definitely
found a bug!  Try "grib1" and it should work.

r2=GribInfo("C:/Users/Shiyang/Desktop/1.grb","grib1")

I'll fix that issue in the next release.
