Those examples should give you enough information to get wind speed and wave height. Attached is an example of how to get current data, I think, but I do not have much experience with this model so you might have to spend some time working with it. It's been a long time coming. I recommend upgrading immediately, since I put in some sanity checks in BuildProfile() that throw a warning when you try to make a profile outside of the model domain. Since many people use negative longitude and models (at least the GFS) use positive longitude, this could potentially result in a serious problem. The new version has been accepted onto CRAN and should be available for download within 48 hours. Best, Danny
