[Repitools-help] Nimblegen DNA methylation array

HiI am working with nimblegen DNA methylation 720k promoter array. How can I use repitools for the bioinformatic analysis of such data. I tried repitools but the manual does not have detailed information. I can just install and import genome annotation file into R.Thanks.
