[Remoterengine-devel] anyone using the batch script to start the server

Hi,

Now that we have an R script to start the server, backed by the R function:

$ Rscript -e "RemoteREngine::start.server()"

the windows batch file is no longer needed, I'd like to remove it from 
the project to avoid confusion.

Any objection ?
