I am not sure how you are editing your code, and your emails, but this is
100% unreadable. Take a look at the mailing list archives, see eg

for June and July and see the other posts.

Maybe try a code editor that emits ascii file, try posting that and maybe
tell GMail to turn html off or whatever you did there.
